Returns or replacements are accepted only for defective products or if an incorrect item was shipped.

Customers must notify I Love Props within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide:

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

Approved claims may be resolved by replacement or refund at our sole discretion.
