All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Change of mind

• Event cancellation or rescheduling

• Ordering the wrong item

• Preference, style, or color dissatisfaction

Please review product descriptions and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Defective or Incorrect Items Only

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The product arrives defective, or

• An incorrect item was shipped

To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests submitted after this time frame may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

How to Report a Defective or Incorrect Item

To request assistance, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• A clear description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and original packaging

Incomplete requests or missing documentation may result in denial of the claim.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the issue may be resolved by:

The method of resolution is determined at the sole discretion of I Love Props.

Products that show signs of use, misuse, alteration, or normal wear and tear are not considered defective and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
